This place is spacious and clean, offering excellent value with friendly staff, easy check-in, convenient onsite parking, and a heated pool to unwind in.

The stay here was very pleasant for my friends wedding.

Service was wonderful. I am also a Starwood Member do the early check-in (11am), the complimentary water bottles and newspapers, and the $5 coupon for skipping housekeeping were much appreciated. They have king sized Heavenly beds which are incredibly comfortable and didn't haves longing for my own bed at home. And real comforters instead if those awful thin blankets - I was actually warm for once. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, thank goodness. The food supplied for our day-long conference was really good. Richmond Centre is a block away and there is a shuttle to and from the airport. I didn't have time to check out all the facilties.

They are still charging for wi-fi which seems ridiculous in this day but...

Clean rooms with brand new furniture; the bedroom, for instance, looked super tidy and fresh! 🌟

The hotel was luxurious and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was great, just a 10-15 minutes' walk from Water Sky Garden. The staff were very pleasant and super-friendly.

The room here was very clean, luxurious, and exactly as described, with a balcony, new furniture, and a comfy bed.

I liked how their beds made me appreciate the firmness of my bed at home!

Thanks everyone for a great stay at this hotel for my friends wedding. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely accommodating. Richmond-Brighouse tube station was 10 min away.

The room was new-fashioned and huge with a view. I had a good rest.- The hotel was in an EXCELLENT location, across from the largest mall in Richmond.- It was also very close to the metro.I found the property to be great.

The room was spacious and huge, included with comfortable bed, balcony, as example. The location was marvellous and convenient, close to a performing arts theater. A shopping centre and a big shopping mall where right next door.

Everything was great during my stay for my friend's wedding. The king room was clean, fairly quiet, and had a comfortable bed.- The wake-up service was available and helpful.- I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel.

This place is located right by a football field, and the food was fantastic and enjoyable.
